Selen is a versatile professional freelance make-up artist, hairstylist and barber with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. She has developed a wide spectrum of skills that can be adapted for almost any production. Selen’s work in the past has been very varied and she has worked in TV, film, commercial, advertising, music, red carpet, beauty and fashion.

She has gained invaluable experience working with high end UK companies including the BBC, BSKYB, Channel 5, ITN, Warner Bros and many other international companies. Her past film and TV credits include Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 2, and Spooks season 10.

Selen has worked for several of the main news and sports channels such as Sky News, Sky Sports News, Premier League TV, Channel 5 News, ITV News, Channel 4 News and BBC news; making up some of the well-known anchors such as Natasha Kaplinksy, Alastair Stewart, Mary Nightingale, Jon Snow, Emma Crosby, Matt Barbet and Kirsty Gallacher. 

Her editorial work has been featured in Monocle Magazine, Volition Magazine, Cosmopolitan, The Mob Journal, and OK! Magazine among many others.

Selen has also been fortunate to have worked with high profile celebrities such as David Hasslehoff, Luke Goss, Chris Tucker, Alan Cumming, Lesley Sharp, Juliet Stevenson, Catherine Tate, John Hannah, Letitia Wright and Patricia Clarkson.
